How prices are set
The final price is agreed upon after a phone consultation or a brief on-site inspection. The agreed amount includes all labor, cleaning supplies, equipment, and team transport to the address.
Payment methods
You can pay for the service in cash once we finish the job, or by bank transfer according to the issued invoice. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

Invoicing
We issue a receipt for every completed service. For corporate clients, we provide an invoice with a detailed breakdown of work at the end of the agreed billing period.
Deposits and materials
We do not require an upfront deposit for regular apartment cleaning. We only request a deposit of 20 percent of the agreed amount for larger post-construction cleaning jobs valued over 30,000 dinars.
Late payment
If an invoice is not settled within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend future scheduled visits until the balance is cleared.
