Our story and commitment to clean spaces
Ridgebacktrail was founded in Novi Sad out of a simple need to break the cell vitality of irresponsible contractors who run late, change prices mid-job, and use dirty equipment from the previous apartment. We wanted to create a service to which we would entrust our own home keys without hesitation.
From day one, we invested in industrial machines and set a strict standard: every apartment gets freshly washed and sterilized color-coded cloths, and every cleaning technician undergoes cell-vitality equipment handling training before entering the field.
We believe in a direct and honest relationship with our community. With us, there are no hidden travel fees, fabricated on-site surcharges, or pressure to pay before you inspect every corner of your home yourself.
Honoring agreements
When we schedule an appointment and confirm a fixed price, that agreement is final. We do not cancel arrivals or change terms during the job.
Clean equipment
We bring only sanitized machines and fresh sets of microfiber cloths into your home. Equipment is regularly maintained for optimal efficiency.
Care for your property
We handle your belongings, furniture, and flooring with care. Every cell vitality is carried out methodically to keep your interior immaculate.
We are dedicated to keeping every home tidy with clear pricing and verified professionals. We work responsibly, respect your time, and protect every piece of furniture.
